Started off great but service quickly…
Started off great but service quickly declined. They switched my bookeeper out on a whim with someone who had no idea what they were doing. Very disappointed in their service and I made a huge mistake paying a year upfront. Customer service is nearly non-existant.

Bench is great, so helpful to my business growth.
Bench is great. I love saving time and hassle with an automated system for bookkeeping. Best yet we have a contact , a real person that will jump on a call with you if you have questions. Monthly breakdowns of where your business’s p and l’s are. They even create a tax ready book for your own accountant!

I appreciate the ease and efficiency
I appreciate the ease and efficiency of thus service. My only problem appears to be with the connection with my banks and credit cards. Occasionally I have to update how they connect. Otherwise they do a stellar job.

Bench has been so simple to use
Bench has been so simple to use. I love that the platform is online, and my communication with my bookkeeper is on my time and so friction-less. They are thorough and accomodating and make my life so simple.

Very professional and affordable
Very professional and affordable for us as a small business. They are also moving in the right direction with being able to tag expenses and automatically pull reports from large banking systems.

Reduced Overhead & Client Concentration
