Poor customer service, weak software offering
As a fellow software vendor we have been trying for several weeks to get in touch with them about their API - which is not working. We have had a very poor response. No return to emails and no fix. Raise your game guys. Your software is lame and your customer service is appalling.

They put out my company's dumpster fire
I used bench for my production company that had a very complicated, very large and very long backlog (10+ years) of transactions. Bench worked with us going forward and even gave us some flat rate deal going backwards a couple of years. I have no doubt that we were considered very needy customers. At the end of the day it was huge positive that we used bench. The price is justified because you are saving money on an accountant at the end of the year and you are also going to have a lot less ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The interface, for both web and mobile, is very easy to use. The people at Bench act on my needs fast. What aspects are problematic or could work better? There are issues on linking with my bank account but I think it is the bank that is at fault here not Bench.
