One of the Best Business Decisions I've Made
I moved all my accounting over to Bench for 2019 onward and it's been one of the best business decisions I've made. They've truly gotten to know the ins and outs of my business, what I normally spend money on, what gets categorized as what, and it's made my life so much easier. As a small business owner, I no longer had the time to do this on my own and I'm so grateful to Bench that I've got them on my team.

Not just an accounting service
The team at Bench is so encouraging. On top of actually providing on time and accurate accounting services, having a dedicated person to talk with and help you understand everything is the best part. My accountant, Bennett, is always so encouraging. Owning a small business is hard, outsourcing your accounting is hard, and the team at Bench understands that and has a level of empathy that is so rare in contracted services. My business bookkeeping prior to Bench was...disorganized, at best. I am so grateful for the work they do every month. Bench taking care of my bookkeeping every month means one less hat I have to wear as a small business owner.

Pushy and Annoying Sales Tactics
My low rating is because of Bench's pushy and annoying sales tactics. I submitted a question about their product through their website, and two people called texted and emailed me THROUGHOUT the day. It was annoying and spammy. One of the sales reps scheduled a meeting automatically on my calendar. Then when I finally got on the call, the sales rep kept pushing her agenda instead of listening to my needs and concerns, which was a turn-off. I could clearly tell she was trying to meet her ...

Waste of $$$. I used bench app in 2019
I used bench app in 2019. I recommend against using them. They are very sloppy and made my accounts look like I made hundreds of thousands in extra revenue. They are also very slow and do not admit their mistakes. Avoid at all costs.
