PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? My accounts are up-to-date and I can access them anytime to see how my business is progressing. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The tallying of transactions may take a while, about three weeks max. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? The supreme solution for accounting needs
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The first time we used Bench was tax season when the hustle and bustle at the office were at its peak. Imagine our surprise when we accomplished tax submissions with a breeze. It is easy to set up and use. They have a round-the-clock customer support so you can receive help anytime. I’m a new Bench user and LOVE it
I’m a new Bench user and I have been blown away at the responsiveness and great customer service from everyone that has helped me so far. They are fast, detailed and easy to work with. If this experience so far is an indicator of how this company operates, I’m sold!

Overall the experience has been…Meh
Overall the experience has been average. There are times where you feel as though your books are just sitting and there are times that the work is great. You can tell that an app automatically categorizes things and at times they don't do a good scan of where transactions land. Recently (first quarter of 2020) I feel as though the performance has been poor. They have apologized and said it is due to preparing Tax Packages for other clients but the communication at least to warn us that this ...

Best digital account at a low price point
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Bench is very easy to use, very understandable, accessible anytime and has excellent customer service. It can be linked to your bank accounts so you don't have to manually upload them just for sending. What aspects are problematic or could work better?
