It's been wonderful to have bookkeeping taken off my plate. I'm not great at it, and Bench is!

The dashboard interface is excellent…

Good customer service

Good customer service, wish they were a little more prompt about making sure they have everything they need and demanding (as a self proclaimed procrastinator). Overall pretty good.

Accurate, easy and on time

I'm so grateful to hand off my accounting to Bench. I used to do it all myself, but it is so time consuming and I have more important tasks in my business to tackle. They are the only ones that have been able to correctly reconcile all those confusing Etsy statements. Thank you for being so accurate prompt, and a pleasure to work with.

Great platform and much better than our old accounting firm given the automatic integrations. The only reason we didn't give a 5-stars is because we don't feel like we have real insight into our business from the platform. It's really just accounting and financials for tax season. We'd love to see a dashboard with key indicators like unearned revenue balance, current cash in real time, forecasted revenue based on unearned, trends in our expenses, etc.Support team couldn't be better or more ...

Solid bookkeeping

Solid bookkeeping. Their platform is very easy to use. I’m very happy that I can trust my books.The only con is occasionally my monthly books are a bit delayed. I would like it if transactions were categorized weekly rather than monthly.

I cannot tell you how much I love…

I cannot tell you how much I love Bench. They not only take care of my books, but they keep me accountable so nothing falls through the cracks. They connect directly with my accountant and keep me in the loop when they do. I'm so excited to see how Bench grows and the offerings they're able to provide as they do.

One year into their use and I am frankly not all that impressed.I thought that using Bench.co would speed up my business administrative duties so that I could focus on building value for my clients. Instead, I am asked quarterly and annually to leave notes on transactions that already have notes on how to itemize per the chart of accounts. It's as if they never read the comments or tags.
