I've been in business for almost 30…
I've been in business for almost 30 years and this is by far the worst bookkeeping experience I have ever had. They promised a quick turn around and then failed to deliver by asking us continuously for documents. I have never been requested for documents of this nature to prepare a P and L statement. But even worse, we sent documents upon documents and still had items that we had sent as uncategorized. I paid additional funds to have the P and L done quickly and it's been 4 months later.

I always managed my own books for my business. After getting about 9 months behind, I realized this was not something that should remain in my job description. I looked at hiring a local firm, but liked the idea of being able to have everything managed remotely with a nice online dashboard. Bench has been awesome. New Business Owner Loving Bench!
Being a new business owner, I didn’t have time to keep our books. I found Bench and have no regrets. I appreciate how diligent my bookkeeper is and keeping me up to date on tax related issues as well. When I have questions, someone always gets back to me with the right answer.
