It is a great tool to have an online accountant I've seen it to be very useful for me that I am a contractor and I need to have my business in order and it's already overwhelming with the jobs and estimating the jobs and having the jobs on schedule to do the bookkeeping makes it twice as hard so I am grateful that I found bench

Bench Accounting has been a lifesaver
Bench Accounting is an excellent company and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. I am a solo attorney, and between practicing law and taking care of managing my firm, I did not have the time, knowledge, or patience to deal with bookkeeping. Bench has been the perfect solution for me. I highly recommend Bench Accounting to anyone looking for a reasonably priced solution for their business bookkeeping needs!

Good but too expensive for services provided
We are grateful for the service Bench is providing our business, however we are a new startup with limited assets and transactions. Due to the tech age and with access to all our accounts, the computing and categorizing does not require human action, when it does, I am the one asked to go in to do it even thought I already explained to the rep in the beginning. If I had time to do that, I won’t hire your company. For this reason, I believe $199/month is too much. Second issue is related to ...

BOT or Humans???
I recently thought that I was dealing with BOT instead of humans. I uploaded all y statements as requested but got another email to do the same. earlier this year, I was scheuled multiple times for a conversation with my account manager but that did not happened but instead kept being told tat my appointment won't happened. Too many excuses.
