for what you do it is fine
for what you do it is fine, however for deeper accounting and an understanding of costs per vendor it's not even close to what is needed. But it's a nice start.

I think Bench is a great program
I think Bench is a great program. It is so much easier to use QB. It does require your input the same way if you were working with any other bookkeeper. To maximize it, you'll want to thoroughly check your transactions at the beginning and then less as time goes on. The great thing about this program is that you avoid the endless back and forth emailing that normally goes with bookkeeping. You can simply click and easily comment and upload docs. Bench is an excellent bookkeeping service. We have a good relationship with someone from Bench who takes care of our needs and the technology is very user friendly. Coming from Quickbooks, it has made our bookkeeping much more easier and more pleasant!
