Describe the project or task Bench helped with: Bench has simplified our accounting so much more than I ever thought possible. They helped us switch over from our old software and quickly answer all questions we have. I have peace of mind knowing that we can trust the Bench bookkeepers to keep us on track, and we can access accountants to answer any of our tax questions. $2 million business - we no longer need an in-store bookkeeper, and are getting timely financial statements for the first time
I can't wait to write this review, honestly. I've been telling everyone I know about this service since we started up with these folks in November, 2021. If we hadn't lost our long-time bookkeeper then, we would never have learned about Bench. We are MUCH better off now than we could imagine. Enter Bench... the clear choice.
I used a big, expensive firm, but was small enough as a client that I slipped through the cracks - enough so that they forgot to file our taxes one year. I tried the in-house bookkeeper but things we're done how she thought, not how the business needed it. I love Bench! (You will too!)
I love Bench! They have helped me and my business so much by letting me focus on other tasks and not being worried about every single transaction and if my books are a mess....because they never are anymore! They take care of everything each month and even prep the end-of-year financials for my taxes. I appreciate their expertise and helping me grow my business!

Bench has been an amazing tool…
Bench has been an amazing tool to automate my bookkeeping. Reports are provided seamlessly for the end of each month with little input from me. Would highly recommend to anyone that puts off their bookkeeping for months!

Very easy to use user interface
Very easy to use user interface. The team at bench are very knowledgeable. Overall the experience transitioning to Bench has been very good. Would recommend to any small business that is starting to expand.
