Bench has been a life saver. As a small business owner you have to know your limitations and delegate. My team has been amazing

My team has been amazing. Even though bench is a big company, I've only been in contact with the same 2-3 people the entire time I've been a customer. They've asked good questions, have checked on me and we've been able to work together to keep my books clean and up to date. My tax accountant is thrilled that I use Bench. :)

$2 million business - we no longer need an in-store bookkeeper, and are getting timely financial statements for the first time

I can't wait to write this review, honestly. I've been telling everyone I know about this service since we started up with these folks in November, 2021. If we hadn't lost our long-time bookkeeper then, we would never have learned about Bench. We are MUCH better off now than we could imagine.
