What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Silent service. We are fully integrated, and only occasionally need to be involved in what they do for me. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? The Workbench could use a facelift. it is functional, but the aesthetics are older. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to moderate all of our incoming reviews. This allows us to save on our own automation and internal review staff.
