What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? I like being able to syndicate reviews to make the most of feedback we gather. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? I wish there were a few other platforms that allowed it... What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? Speaking directly with consumers that have used our product. Giving others the confidence to try our product. Learning more about how our users use the product and ways they can be improved.

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? BV is the best in the indusytry which can help from a SME perspective. Their network also covers the wider range of retailers. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? There is not much compeitition for the syndication which makes it challening to work with. BV is seen as very expensive and not postivie the ROI is all there. What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Bazaarvoice is great for obatining reviews for your products. The user dashboard is convienent and easy to use. Reviews are obtained fairly quickly. What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? I like getting e mail notifcations anytime there is a question on our products or a negative review. Being able to reach out to the end user in real time allows us to know if there are issues with our products and to provide top notch customer service. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? Their platform is a little difficult to naviagte at first and looks dated, so it could use a refresh to be more user friendly, however, once you get used to it, ...

"Bazaarvoice does great review moderation"

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Silent service. We are fully integrated, and only occasionally need to be involved in what they do for me. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? The Workbench could use a facelift. it is functional, but the aesthetics are older. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to moderate all of our incoming reviews. This allows us to save on our own automation and internal review staff.
