What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? The power of the product. The function for syndicating reviews is sureley one their greatest assets. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? I don't feel like it's really user friendly. The support team is totally amazing but the use of the platform is not really intuitive. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? We need to get access to our retailers reviews and questions and have our customer service answered.
