What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? It's a platform where they provide access to all online reviews, questions answered, Star Ratings, and it has all other features to identify and track all reviews that were posted by customers. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? Delayed response and action time. They take a lot of time in executing a project initiated by us. What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Easy interface for consumers to leave a review. Straight forward connectivity to brand websites & Syndication to retailers. Great costumer service from the account team. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? I wish Workbench was a little more intuitive to use on the back end. In particular the filters are unclear as to what dimensions are included under each drop down. The whole interface could do with an update. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving ...

"A great way to interact with your consumers"
What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? I like being able to syndicate reviews to make the most of feedback we gather. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? I wish there were a few other platforms that allowed it... What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? Speaking directly with consumers that have used our product. Giving others the confidence to try our product. Learning more about how our users use the product and ways they can be improved.

I don't think I can think of any dislikes What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? We can see what customer like and dislike about our products and can take action.

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? WE USE BAZAARVOICE TO REVIEW OUR ECOM PRODUCTS. THE REPORTING IS CUSTOMIZABLE, EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND CHART. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? ONLY DOWNSIDE FROM USING BAZAARVOICE IS THE TIME IT TAKES TO DOWNLOAD REPORTS. SOMETIMES I WILL BE STUCK IN A DOWNLOAD QUEUE FOR AWHILE.
