What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Easy interface for consumers to leave a review. Straight forward connectivity to brand websites & Syndication to retailers. Great costumer service from the account team. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? I wish Workbench was a little more intuitive to use on the back end. In particular the filters are unclear as to what dimensions are included under each drop down. The whole interface could do with an update. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving ...

"Great service with a great network"

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? 1 review is as valuable as 15 reviews for most of our products. The sampling network is very robust and although it does take some time to get it going, it is affordable and well worth it. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? Some processes are a bit manual and require spreadsheet submissions but it seems that every quarter more adn more is being done to make it more automated and easy to work with. What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? It is very helpful to have reviews come into one central place where they can be viewed and responded to all in the same platform. The auto-generated email is a great failsafe to prevent any reviews from falling through the cracks. The weekly report is also a great tool to summarize the previous week's reviews and interactions.
