What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? When the syndication edges are setup, everything works perfectly. Reports from the workbench are extremely helpful in troubleshooting. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? No notifications back that there is a problem with setup. Customer service provides different responses to the same types of inquiries - does not seem to be a consistent solution/feedback between different reps. On occasion, have received rude responses.
