What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Not much. We felt completely unsupported and lost. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? If we were a larger company this may have made sense. "Good experience but needed design updates"

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? I like how it integrates well within Salesforce for all of our B2C sites (Lehigh Outfitters, SlipGrips, and Lehigh Safety Shoes). What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Bazaarvoice implementation and technical support team have been excellent. Very responsive. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? "Great platform once integrated to your website"

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? I love the that our reviews are moderated by a person. The account management allows for easy management of reviews. The reviews display on product details is what I would expect from such platform and there is a way to match to brand color which is a plus. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? Allowing reviews of specific products to feed into multiple locations is a great feature that has been very helpful. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Bazaarvoice is well-designed and easy to use. There is extensive documentation that helps one understand the terms and how to use to software. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? My only complaint is that some sections load slowly. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? We're now able to manually approve social media posts in-house to add to our site. The software makes this a relatively easy process.
