"Used it and got a ton of free stuff"

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? I signed up for it and loved that I got to review what I wanted and they sent me two awesome boxes to try products. They ask you before you get a box what things you are willing to try from it which was nice and I wasn’t stuck with things I didn’t want. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? The ability to be able to easily log on and see at a glance all of our retail network is great. We can quickly see questions that customers have been asking and we can reply within the same platform. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?
