What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? I like that we are able to see customer reviews of products through BazaarVoice. It allows customers to generate content that we can respond to as a company and really get feedback that we can pass along to our Product Development team. It also allows for a rating system where customers can rank it 1-5 stars so other customers can see these reviews. I like how easy it is to look and search for a review that has been posted. We have regular catch ups with our account manager, who is constantly helping us with ways of optimising our account and improving review quality and coverage. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? Our Client Success Director showed genuine interest in developing our current strategy and communicated with us well on new products and services. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? Reports could be better customised for our account. We often have to download raw data and manipulate it ourselves rather than getting a custom report from the dashboard. What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Influenster is so awesome. It’s so helpful to use when looking for real, authentic reviews for products for my clients. It has come in handy so many times.
