PROS: Love that the support is well informed and knows well how to resolve any issues we had had. They constantly update the application for smoother and easier UI. Bazaarvoice is simple and easy to follow

PROS: The application is so easy to use. We have been using Bazaarvoice for collecting consumer feedback for our clients and with syndicating data it has been smooth sailing for years now. CONS: Communication. I would like to have one platform for communicating inside the company.

I love this application!

PROS: I am really loving the post-purchase review email we send to customers. They provide us great customer feedback and gives us insights for improvement. The support team is really helpful in setting up the app and the post-purchase email feature. CONS: None.

Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever.They make no effort to work with you once you sign on.They care only about the bottom line. Not impressed and once we get out of the contract, we will stay far far away.It's no wonder they are falling behind in the industry.

The account point people are on top of our account and check in frequently to make sure we are taking full advantage of our membership.
