Functional but also quite expensive

PROS: The dashboard is easy to understand. The application is easy to use and navigate on. I can easily search and reply to customer feedback. CONS: Expensive application. There are other apps with a cheaper price that can be used as alternative. Communication in the app takes a lot of effort to understand.

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Easy to use, our Client Success manager has been wonderful Always keeping us up to date, and helping us through little problems that arise. Always improving, amazing application

PROS: Bazaarvoice helped me and my company gain valuable insights for product improvement. Generating reports has never been easy. CONS: The integration with Connections is quite crappy, but everything else is smooth.

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Nothing. There is honestly noting positive I can say. Working with them was so bad that not a single nice thing can be uttered.
