PROS: Using Bazaarvoice has made us be more aware and be more understanding of how we view our products and how our customers view our products. Aside from that, Bazaarvoice team provides great support. They are always informing us on how to improve review quality and coverage and catching us up on the latest tools and features. CONS: Provide clients with a more comprehensive and in-depth analysis of workbench.

"Bazaarvoice makes it easy to respond to customers"

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? I like that I am notified whenever a customer question or review is received. It saves a tremendous amount of time since I don't need to search for customer activity proactively. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? I wish a dialogue could be created, especially with questions. I can't always determine what the customer needs, so I would like to ask clarifying questions. PROS: They provide clients the information they need in using the application and the best way to maximize and use the app to its full potential. CONS: Some expectations are not met, but I think this is a miscommunication between parties.

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Bazaarvoice is a fantastic platform for reviews management, product/brand exposure and product sampling. It has improved by leaps and bounds over the last couple of years and is something I rely on daily for VOC management. I love BV Insights, the ability to syndicate reviews to/from retailers and Influenster sampling opportunities.
