PROS: Better consumer engagement. Our company is dependent on consumer feedback so it is really nice that we had found a platform that suits our needs and best interest. What I love about the app is that we gain genuine feedback from customers and we can also reply to them as soon as possible. CONS: Our products constantly change depending on the season so it is quite difficult adapting to the app and keeping up with enough reviews on each product.
