There is nothing I dislike about Bazaar Voice. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to answer customer's questions gives the customer confidence in our brand.

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? The platform is user-friendly, and if any complications arise, the team is quick to help and resolve them. I use the Workbench, Sampling Portal, Insights, etc. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? The Workbench is still slightly outdated in relation to the rest of the platform; however, it is not make or break. It still functions well and gets the job done well. Bazaarvoice is a robust platform with many features I'm familiar with and used to, but it also has a vast amount of new functionality that helps me gain insights that were previously unrealized.
