The program is glitchy at times and does not allow for the ability to assign tasks and does not reed analytics for reels. I can easily source content from social channels and schedule it at high engagement times as laid out by the platform. Very user friendly What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? Moderation and syndication options are really great and are the one that I like the most since it is good to share thoughts and comments on other online retailers.
