"Great Partner To Work With"
What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? We have launched and re-launched online reviews on our website and have always had a great team to work with and everything launches with out any issues, unlike other 3rd parties we work with. "Great platform for syndicating reviews"
What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Easy to use platform and a great way to pull additional reviews through from brands to your website. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? There isn't much I dislike, perhaps a more user friendly way to add products to the catalog. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? Limited organic reviews.

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Easy to pull reports on reviews. Easy integration. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? Pricing of some add ons is high Some limitation on filtering reviews and questions for items under white label. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? It is solving the problem of monitoring customer reviews, and the benefit is that it allows to take action on common complains.

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? I like the ability to source UGC, schedule stories, and download insights in excel. This allows us to feed the data into our reports every week. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? The app version of Bazaarvoice could use some work. I've run into several glitches there - having to open in Instagram multiple times, not being able to copy links, etc. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? I like that everything is in one place. It is easy to see everything, which makes it easy to manage. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? I dislike that some of the products it populates aren't even close to the ones shown, but that is an easy fix. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? The Instagram insights tools, especially the feed engagement insights and competitor analysis. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? Don't like the UGC permissions tool too much, can sometimes be innacurate. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? Automated posting to Instagram and insights for what to post and when.
