What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Excellent support whether technical or product support. Great business overviews as needed. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? It's cost. It's a great tool but for many, it's not affordable. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? Categorizing our business to allow for reviews to appropriately populate across all similar product.

This service makes it so much easier for us to track reviews, customer sentiment, and how we stack up vs our competitors.
