What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? The customer support. The people know the product inside out. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? Response times in support. It can take over a week. "Great all in one platform with next level customer support"
What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? It's nice to use one platform for all my reviews, both for my company's website and partner websites that we syndicate our reviews. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? The site can feel split up into different sections that you have to back out of and into others, but, with that said, it's not that bad, and I know they are bringing updates to the platform that will completely fix that issue. What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? The Insights platform provides helpful data like coverage, average rating and sentiment for our existing reviews. It also tracks reviews by source and let's us dig into specific reviews as well. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Great team to work with and they understand your needs. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? Technical needs could be addressed more as there are greater needs across businesses. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? I think it comes down to meeting all business needs, which always is difficult due to every business being different.

"Intuitive, Engaging, Monetizing"
What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? We are able to garner a wide variety of User Generated content and reflect on our website on PDPs, etc. seamlessly. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? I wish that when I removed an image from one gallery it would give me the option to remove from others / all. No complaints about the general program. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? UGC generation. Tracking and reporting. Shopable / curated link for our link in bio.
