What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? It's very easy to navigate the platform. The tools provided are comprehensive and helpful for understanding the full scope of consumer behavior on sites. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? The organization of saved views in Connections leaves a lot to be desired. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? We're able to easily connect with consumers across a variety of retailers.

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? The ability to increase the size of the response box within the workbench. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? When you are responding to reviews within Connections, we should be able to increase the size of the box in which we type. Monday is the worst day as BazaarVoice is flooded with reviews and Q&A from over the weekend it slows to a crawl. This makes my day that much longer because I do not work over the weekend.
