What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? I can't say anything good about this company. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? I used Bazaar Voice for a couple of years, but not because I wanted to, but because I felt trapped into paying for their service. The integration and set-up is fairly complex, especially compared to review apps available for Shopify. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows us to easily collect reviews from our customers for each of out products.
