What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? I like how easy it is to use Bazaarvoice, particularly when it comes to the ease of use. Also, sending my colleagues gifts makes it really fun around Christmastime! What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? I really wish the gifts would not expire so quickly. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? So many problems have been made easier by using Bazaarvoice.

Allows us to become aware of things we didn't know about, such as inaccurate copy or image, fit and color.

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Bazaarvoice makes it easy for our company to gather, display, and syndicate reviews through the platform. We utilize them to source reviews, send Influenster boxes, and utilize existing reviews from retailer sites to our owned properties. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? Getting setup takes a while, and the technical side is mostly "self-service" which is tough when you're a team of one trying to get up and running. our account team is very ...

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? The syndication of reviews and all the different reports available to me are fantastic. I like that i can use Bazaarvoice to syndicate reviews between other subsidiaries of our brand and through to Retailers. This helps with conversion and, ultimately sales. It would be great if they allowed for scheduled PIE changes. That way, we could run regular sweepstakes without manually setting it up each time.
