What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? It is easy to use with many different features that help me daily. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? I'm still learning much of what it offers, so its vastness can be overwhelming. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? It has given me insight into the market trends that have helped me gain market share with major retailers. I have been more productive and improved my listings.

"Easy to use for Review generation"
What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? I like the simplicity of syndicating reviews across items and different program options to generate reviews. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? I would say it is quite pricey for the services and sometimes there are bugs with the system which can delay things. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? generating initial reviews and keeping them at a high rating

"Tons of data that you can easily get quickly!"
What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? I love how it's super easy to use. You do not have to be an expert in queries, with all the filter options you get a ton of useful information. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? I don't care for the 2 dashboards (old vs new) I don't like the fact that I feel like I am using 2 different applications after the update. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps us understand which products need improvement.

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? The easy integration into our website and the ability to respond to reviews and stay on top of poor experiences. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? There isnt much i dont like about Bazaarvoice, great company, great product. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? It is allowing us to collect reviews from several sources with minimal effort.

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? It is so important for us to connect with our customers on a personal level and this is the best way to do it. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? The downsides are that some retailers do not let you post your phone number or website for help. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you?
