What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? The best part of Bazaarvoice is the syndication of your store's product reviews across their retail network. When someone leaves a product review on our website, it's actually like collecting 10 reviews because the retailers (Walmart, Walgreens, Costco etc.) selling your product will also display that review. "Tons of data that you can easily get quickly!"

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? I love how it's super easy to use. You do not have to be an expert in queries, with all the filter options you get a ton of useful information. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? I don't care for the 2 dashboards (old vs new) I don't like the fact that I feel like I am using 2 different applications after the update. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps us understand which products need improvement.

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? It is so important for us to connect with our customers on a personal level and this is the best way to do it. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? The downsides are that some retailers do not let you post your phone number or website for help. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? This is to help me connect with customers that dont use the product correctly or need assistance and give bad reviews.
