What do you like best? I love the over-arching features like the ability to pull in search and social data. It helps my team be efficient since we're not logging into multiple tools throughout the day. What do you dislike? Some of the bulk features could be improved. What do you like best? Having the ability to upload and serve almost every creative type (Native, Premium Video, VAST Tags, Audio) all in one platform is a strong asset. It streamlines launching campaigns and makes our organizational process smooth, rather than bouncing to and from other third party creative providers. What do you like best? The quality of support, our Customer Success Manager Michael, is extremely helpful and responsive. Their team support is the best I have received from any platform. Basis is always asking for feedback and takes our recommendations into consideration, they actually listen to the user which I appreciate. The DSP is user-friendly and is always improving. What do you like best? Basis is extremely easy to use, it took me half a day to learn and a day or two to become proficient in the platform. What do you dislike? Only a few minor inconveniences based on my teams workflow specifically but I'm confident if I were to submit a feature request or enhancement request for any of them, they would try to implement them as quickly as possible.
