Game changer

What do you like best? Using Basis has changed so much for us. While it was never a bad thing to wait for the Centro Managed Services team to build a campaign, it really saves so much time when getting a campaign started. In many instances, we've needed to get a campaign up and active quickly and having Basis in house has allowed us to dive right in and get something going. Good experience but room for improvement.

What do you like best? Relatively easy to use platform and quick response rate from my rep and from the support team. What do you dislike? Cannot bulk delete advanced audience targeting; platform can take a long time to pull reports; platform can run very slowly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Running display campaigns has been completed with relative ease, I find it easy to set up and use.

What do you like best? My agency is new to Basis. We have only implemented a few client campaigns. The most helpful feature is the ease of use. My staff and I are ramping up quickly. Cost Savings and Great Efficiency

What do you like best? I love how we can take total control of our campaigns. We're able to implement many different types of campaigns and we're able to make any adjustments or changes we need.
