What do you like best? Its so easy to use, inviting users into basecamp, most people adapt to it quite easily, some dont but it's not a basecamp problem!! Good concept, needs some design tweaking

What do you like best? Basecamp combines what I love about the google suite products with what I love about our CRM to make it easy for individual teams to interact within our company. What do you dislike? The design of the website could be edited a bit to be a bit more visually appealing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
