It isn't the most advanced of PM tools. Lacks integration, difficult to create workflows if using other systems. Basecamp used for collaborating on Marketing Projects

What do you like best? Basecamp works well for commenting and reviewing product as updated by content creators. The notifications work well prompting users to follow up on relevant items. I also find it very simple to create task or checklists and monitor them for outstanding tasks. What do you dislike? It does not work well for file sharing outside of the review process as there is no easy to find location for files. It does not provide any view of workloads, resource allocation, or ...

Excellent for managing projects with customers

What do you like best? The ability to communicate with a customer in one place, and do away with emails (and searching for emails. It is very nice to use, and customers enjoy using it too.
