Easy to Use
What do you like best? Very easy to use program. I like being able to see everything in one screen shot as well. What do you dislike? Nothing. Great program, very easy to use. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am currently planning a dodgeball tournament with our local chamber of commerce!

What do you like best? Basecamp simplistic feature made it easy for any user. What do you dislike? The option in how to navigate and the long URL Recommendations to others considering the product Easy software to use What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Although the business expanded to many different parts of the country we were able to collaborate as if we were all in one place.

What do you like best? Basecamp allows for a single site to be used for mass communication and document storage. What do you dislike? Replying to a message automatically replies to all (even if you do not select "reply all". Love This System!
What do you like best? I love the team communication and the look into the team's projects and to dos. It literally replaces a level of management because everyone is aware of what is going on with the individuals and the teams. What do you dislike? I wish there was more reporting. We need to be able to see a timeline for projects and also have general timelines copy over from main project page. This software program has been one of the most "up to speed" systems that I've used.
What do you like best? I love how it works with program management and the ability to interact as a team. What do you dislike? I don't really have any complaints. Easy to assign tasks in a project
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It has an all-round ability to make your projects and work in general easy. With the message board, you are home and dry as you know exactly what is going on with your projects. It helps teams to work together in unison on the same platform. What do you like best? I like the central "meeting point" for all collaborators, that you can share files, proofs, and information all in one place. Straightforward interface. Features like "Automatic Check-Ins" keep the team on task. Integration with Google Docs is just perfect. It is convenient to have a calendar of events. Not a bad mobile version. What do you dislike?
