What do you like best? It's easy for everyone to get on the same page with projects, especially with contractors. What do you dislike? The software does an awesome job of delegating and monitoring tasks in a specific project along with providing task management. Basecamp is great!

What do you like best? It is easy to log in and see updates shared by the group. What do you dislike? Only issue is the daily email that is a recap of the day even if there is nothing new. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No business issues, but parent group loves the product and being connected.

What do you like best? I love using Basecamp to keep all communication in one spot. Create to-do lists and more! What do you dislike? There is not much to dislike about them. You can make your own process for using messages and tasks. If you are not organized, it can get overwhelming in there. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving the business problem of keeping all details of the project in one spot.

It works but doesn't stand out

What do you like best? My favorite aspect of basecamp is the ability to assign tasks to team members. They also make it easy to see everything you've assigned and what has been assigned to you. What do you dislike? It doesn't seem to have enough pull to naturally get a team to move to using it. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Basecamp is very intelligent, user-friendly, and isn't cluttered, which makes its interface very attractive. The learning curve is not that steep. We use it for managing a team of network engineers that are on the field deploying network infrastructure.
