What do you like best? This tool is fabulous and the more we use it the more we like it. What do you dislike? Sometimes it seems as if the system is slow responding. Attractive interface, but still could use some intuitive touches

What do you like best? Basecamp's appearance is adorable. The characters are cute and friendly looking, and the color scheme is nice. The layout is alright, too, it works really well for small teams. They abbreviate your name, which isn't usually a problem but if you have members with the same initials it won't work. Basecamp makes project management easier

What do you like best? Basecamp has a simple and easy-to-learn interface that makes project management and file sharing a breeze. Plus, once a project is complete, you can "lock it" and archive it. It also sends you daily or weekly roundup emails that summarizes all the recent activity on a particular project. What do you dislike? Easy to use and perfect for my small team

What do you like best? Having a central place that allows my team to manage projects, to dos, and accountability in an environment that we feel secure using matters to me What do you dislike? I personally don't feel like I use it enough to justify the cost all the time. It becomes something I'll activate if I have a project and deactivate when the project ends due to cost. A little expensive compared to newer competitors

What do you like best? The original competitor to Microsoft Project. Not quite as robust as enterprise software but has almost everything in an easier to use and implement package. What do you dislike? The cost is now high in comparison to newer competitors like Wrike. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trying to keep a team on point, with great dashbaords and tools for executives to monitor progress.

Amazing tool for Managing Projects with External Teams

What do you like best? Simple and easy to setup and manage. Works as expected. The project discussions are organized in one place. Everyone is looped in on the conversation and if they get added at a later stage, they still have access to see what all has transpired before. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that multiple people in our program can access shared documents on a centralized site. The ability to have conversations online, remotely, is helpful when we are competing again deadlines. Also great that we can have multiple projects running at the same time. Good platform for managing internal/external project comms

What do you like best? Basecamp has a very simple and easy to use interface. We use it to commmunicate and document manage with all our external clients and vendors as email is too unwieldy; in all cases they pick up how to use the platform very quickly. The ability to file comms and docs in a publicly accessible place and organise projects quickly is critical and saves alot of effort.
