Simple, intuitive tool for Project Management

What do you like best? Its so easy to loop people into projects and specific steps within the larger picture. The functionality is great for working with clients and giving limited access for them to gauge how their projects are going while still protecting the design/editing process. Basecamp is easier than expected.

What do you like best? several people can collaborate on a project and know who is doing what and when. What do you dislike? basecamp has a learning curve to understand the functions and features. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we are organizing a conference for 500 people. Benefits are 3 people in 3 distinct parts of the US.

Mostly positive, still room for development

What do you like best? Todo lists and task management. If you manage to be organized in the way you use Basecamp, it will help you organized in the rest of your workflow. What do you dislike? Some major design, ease of use and flow errors like reaching to other basecamps, lacking of a better designed dashboard, not having the ability to create meeting notes in a message board and creating tasks from in it, linked to the board. What do you like best? Reliable hub for everything a project needs...almost What do you dislike? Scheduling is awful. Want to adjust the dates of 12 milestones? Good luck. There are no dependencies, no two-way integration with any online calendars, etc What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I love clientside!

Great for task management and holding reps accountable

What do you like best? I like being able to assign different tasks for my reps. I have found that Basecamp has held them accountable and we never miss deadlines. The software itself is very intuitive and easy for everyone to use. What do you dislike? I do not really have a dislike on the actual software. What do you like best? A one-stop shop for seeing the overall outline of a project, from the participants to the tasks, to whom is doing what. It makes it very easy to determine the status of different parts of the project, to delegate tasks, and to hold discussions with people about aspects of the project.
