What do you like best? Simple to use interface. Allows collaboration via email and google. Monthly fees dependent on amount of projects. What do you dislike? Pricing mainly, but it's still somewhat reasonable. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One stop shop for communication and projects. Newest version missing key piece

What do you like best? Calendar view in BC 2 that allows you to easily monitor tasks due today, upcoming tasks, and what is overdue. What do you dislike? BC 3 haystack, no calendar view in BC 3, and reports compile all projects versus narrowing it down to one project. Also, the system does not allow for recurring tasks. What do you like best? A simple man needs a simple life. And to organize that simple life he needs a simple to-do list. Or a few of them. We have been using basecamp (free version as our departmental comms board for stand up meetings, project catchups and highlight reports. The clean simple look just means its right for us.
