I loved it!

What do you like best? I love that I could see everything our theatre company had going on in one place. I also love how easy it is to use. What do you dislike? I really enjoyed everything about Basecamp. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were trying to avoid scheduling conflicts and keep all of our documents in one place. Basecamp was amazing!

Easy to use and wonderfully customizable

What do you like best? I love making custom templates based on the variety of projects I use. It's quick and easy to duplicate so I'm not wasting time making the same thing over and over again. Love Basecamp!

What do you like best? This system is fantastic for our company. We are always able to communicate efficiently and know exactly what each team member is working on. What do you dislike? I wish I could mark a "hey" as unread so I can come back to it later. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to eliminate so many emails from our inbox. We have also been able to track other team members on the status of a project.

How basecamp works for us

What do you like best? Being able to assign 'to dos' to other team members has been very helpful to us. Organizing our projects and being able to use the 'client side' feature so all our team members can see the conversation. What do you like best? It makes everything very efficient and keeps the whole team on track of deadlines, revisions and thoughts! What do you dislike? Basecamp has been amazing in arranging my to-dos plus the integration with other apps really helps

What do you like best? I like that we can arrange tasks and all according to its priority plus assign it to people What do you dislike? Can they have mentions? Like Slack where if people mentioned your name with an @ sign then it should notify you. Oftentimes it does not. Also- there are no private messages. Once a person is in the project then they can access everything. No direct messaging like the one in Slack. Where it notifies you and keeps it private. Maybe integrate messaging? ...
