What do you like best? It's a platform to publish a website. I like that it is easy to use, and anyone can use the back-face of the website with little training. What do you dislike? Basecamp isn't the greatest format. It is almost too simple and doesn't have many adjustments available that I have seen. It's also very gimmickey for me to use with other people. Great for clients, non-flexible pricing

What do you like best? Love that it's client-friendly and goes through email. Like being able to archive a project. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that the interface is simple and user friendly. The clear graphics make it easy to use. What do you dislike? Perfect for a small size company

What do you like best? Easy to use and train employees on. Basic PM tool that served well when the company was small. Now since we grew substantially, the tool no longer satisfies the needed support. Basecamp makes team collaboration easy.

What do you like best? The ability to communicate with teams on projects without the need to have a meeting. What do you dislike? no integration with outlook calendars to my knowledge. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Limits wasteful meetings, ability to update teams on progress on a project without all getting together.

What do you like best? Task list, assignments, due dates, direct to email. What do you dislike? Mandatory messages at top without removing them manually. And the upgrade to 3 has been a difficult shift. 2 was much easier and faster for the entire agency and all of our clients. We've gone back towards email.
