Simple but w/ limitations

What do you like best? The interface is fantastic. It is not overly complicated with seldom/never used features. It is basic and robust. What do you dislike? It has some severe limitations in that you can not turn a task onto more than one person at a time and it is very difficult to prioritize tasks outside of due dates. What do you like best? Onboarding both customers and staff to Basecamp is very easy What do you dislike? Only basic time tracking and task management, no service desk integration What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I like the ease of usage along with the ability to share work easily What do you dislike? i think the hardest porition is if I set up I get, but if someone else does, i do not. Super light weight and effective

What do you like best? This tool does exactly what we need. It's really light weight and not overly complex. Our customers love how this tool works as well. What do you dislike? Nothing really to complain about except for some minor bugs when you're typing things. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's okay, but definitely not the greatest

What do you like best? I like that you're able to have team members and create discussions. You're also emailed every time someone contributes to a discussion thread so you never miss anything. What do you dislike? I really dislike that you're extremely limited. You can't spend all day on this platform. There's just not much to do. You can't create task lists or keep track of time. What do you like best? Keeps the entire team organized and communication streamlined. Keeps everyone informed of deadlines and who's working on what. Prevents excessive email communication. Great Team Software

What do you like best? I like how organize the program in both the team and projects sections. What do you dislike? I dislike how you cannot view to-do lists as cards in one project but not the other. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving team communication and team work responsibility. It has allowed all of our team members to remain accountable and attach due dates to assignments to ensure tasks get done.
