What do you like best? Basecamp is excellent at organizing information and delegating tasks to specific people. I like that I can see exactly what has been assigned to me by my team, and if there are associated due dates. I also like the ability to organize my thoughts and documents into specific folders, no matter where that information exists. What do you like best? I like being able to create collaborative to-do lists with the ability to delegate certain tasks to different people. Useful Tool in a Chaotic Workplace

What do you like best? Very intuitive interface; helpful hierarchy of tasks which makes managing different projects; our staff has enjoyed the ability to "ping" other people instead of sending simple emails. What do you like best? The ease of commenting/responding to things from email makes responding on the go very easy and saves time. What do you dislike? I can't seem to look back further than 1 year.. It may be a settings issue, but sometimes I'm searching for something old and can't get to it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The fact that Basecamp provides an interactive platform for multiple departments to exchange information and ideas. Not only that, the task list feature is really great for holding people accountable to make sure they're doing what's expected of them.
