Basecamp is very unorganized

What do you like best? Basecamp is nice when you have clients that cannot get access to your internal systems such as Sharepoint or Confluence. What do you dislike? I feel it is very disorganized and not simple to find anything. Recommendations to others considering the product I feel they need to organize things better. Basecamp is a great project management software

What do you like best? Basecamp works great for managing multiple projects and staying organized. It's also great for follow-up. What do you dislike? I dislike that it has a monthly fee. Monthly fees create residual billing which is tough on small businesses. I'd rather pay a one-time fee and own the software for life, rather than "renting" it through a monthly fee. Helpful project management tool

What do you like best? The variety of tools. For example: the calendar, to-do lists, and other chat/message boards. What do you dislike? It isn't as easy to customize as I'd like. For example, I struggled to get the e-mail check-in function to address the questions I was interested in. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
