What do you like best? Basecamp keeps my team and my projects on track. The best thing about it is it keeps a history of those long projects that never seem to end. Team members can pick up where other team members have left off, and often having access to that history saves a ton of time with not having to explain everything, training, etc. Newcomers can jump right into the projects. What do you like best? My favorite part of basecamp is the tool to build to-do lists and be able to assign out steps to various staff and have them indicate when they are completed. What do you like best? I like that it's not very detailed. It gives a high level overview of every project and allows me to break down each project's tasks with a basic to do list. What do you like best? The way it organizes files -- I find it helpful to build additional folders accessible for all my team members. What do you dislike? Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate to the exact location I need. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
