Basecamp - great tool for teams

What do you like best? We used to work on Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence + Slack as a communication tool. Now we're running on Basecamp and it was the good move - running projects it's easier than it used to be in Jira. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I am a to-do list fanatic. And although Evernote is my go-to for solo projects, Basecamp is where it is at for group collaboration and teamwork. I like the various options for tackling issues and projects together as a team.
