Effective Collaborative Project Assignments and Tracking

Simple, but effective project management

What do you like best? Basecamp is really easy to get up and running. There's really no learning curve, and you can get started adding projects and discussions right away. What do you dislike? We went from a much lower than ideal on time rate for projects to nearly perfect simply by changing our PM software. What do you dislike? There isn't anything I dislike about BaseCamp, thusfar. I wish that we used the calendar feature in a better way for scheduling ...
