Simple, but effective project management

What do you like best? Basecamp is really easy to get up and running. There's really no learning curve, and you can get started adding projects and discussions right away. What do you dislike? Basecamp is slow to add new features. In the 5 years I've been using it, we've gotten exactly one new version. What do you like best? I like that it is easy to use and customer service gets back in a day. What do you dislike? I don't like that it is clunky to use and kind of weird to manage things.
