Good for Task Management, but Could Improve

What do you like best? The ability to tag team members for tasks and then they receive due date emails and reminders. What do you dislike? There is no feature to repeat or copy/paste recurring tasks (you have to make them from scratch each time. For projects with many tasks and owners, this is time consuming to remake them monthly. Recommendations to others considering the product If you have a lot of intricate, multi-task projects that are repeated every month, this might not be ...

Used with a partner company to manage on-stage content for large multi-day convention events.

What do you like best? Easy to collaborate with users from a variety of companies while at the office or offsite. What do you dislike? Task assignment is a little clunky and there's no option to show overall tasks assignments across multiple projects (no burn-downs/reports on overdue or on time, etc. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? File sharing right in line with communication. Makes it easy to clearly deliver components or ...

Basecamp eases communication

What do you like best? Our workspace has two locations, and few employees, which means we rarely meet as a large group, and often don't see each other during the day. Basecamp allows us to stay in communication about various events and topics. What do you dislike? It's easy to "loose" things in the shuffle. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to communicate through a very spread out team - and stay in touch about ...

Good, basic collaboration tool

What do you like best? I like that it is easy to you. It is easy to add individuals to your group. Very easy to manage multiple projects with in the platform. You can communicate via outlook and it is documented in Basecamp. You also get weekly/daily updates on your project. What do you dislike? It isn't as professional looking as Wrike, so I could see that being a turn off and if you had a lot of projects going, I think it wouldn't be as user friendly moving between projects and ...

Basecamp Review

What do you like best? Basecamp is a great option if you have multiple people that need to be involved in a single project. Everyone can easily communicate and you're able to view every conversation, not just the ones you're directly involved in. What do you dislike? Sometimes the conversation strands can get very lengthy and its difficult to look through if you're looking for something specific Recommendations to others considering the product Helps when each user has a photo.
